Join us on 16–17–18 October in Sainte Croix Vallée Française for the next Terra Nostra 2026 documentary film festival.

Screening of the film “Si tout le monde part” by Justine Harbonnier (2026, 64 mins), on Saturday 17 October at 4.00 pm, in the presence of the director and the editor.

After 40 years of teaching, the director’s mother decides to give up her career and take early retirement. “Si tout le monde part” depicts this turning point where what made sense yesterday has now become an unacceptable situation. The film draws us into this moment of “no” and makes us experience it with a clarity that shakes us to the core. And the institution’s weaknesses and compromises are revealed in the unspoken spaces that the film constructs with a level of inventiveness rarely seen, a subtle narrative style and a delicacy of storytelling that is a triumph on every level. A real favourite that leaves a lasting impression.
