Spanning an entire weekend, this unmissable festival celebrates the porcini mushroom in all its forms and showcases the expertise of chefs, producers and local artisans from the Lozère region.
On the programme: a porcini mushroom market, cookery demonstrations, workshops, walks in the woods, tastings, a recipe competition and activities for all ages.
