From 12 to 18 October, the Cévennes Tourist Office at Mont Lozère is celebrating the rich culinary heritage of its region.

To mark the occasion, Elsa from Le Verger de la Fare is taking part in LA SEMAINE DU GOÛT!

On Friday 16th at midday at the Saint-Etienne-Vallée-Française Market, come and sample Elsa’s delicious soup!
-> Pistou soup made with herbs from her garden, and a delicious apple, cinnamon and clove tart!

Eat in or take away from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm.
