SEMAINE DU GOÛT 2026 : LE MARTINET

From 12 to 18 October, the Cévennes Tourist Office at Mont Lozère is celebrating the rich culinary heritage of its region.

To mark the occasion, Le Martinet is taking part in LA SEMAINE DU GOÛT!

On Wednesday at lunchtime, come and enjoy a special set menu created for the occasion, based on the theme: ‘At our grandmothers’ table’!

Starter: Mixed salad with a whole, warm Pélardon cheese from Col Saint-Pierre
Main course: Traditional wild boar shoulder, cooked in white wine, served with gratin dauphinois
Dessert: Homemade chestnut cake, served with custard and whipped cream
