From 12 to 18 October, the Cévennes Tourist Office at Mont Lozère is celebrating the rich culinary heritage of its region.

To mark the occasion, Le Mazet café is taking part in LA SEMAINE DU GOÛT!

Every lunchtime throughout the week, come and sample a speciality inspired by childhood memories, in line with the 2026 theme: “At our grandmothers’ table”!

– Cream of cauliflower soup served with the café’s speciality: piadina, a homemade Italian flatbread
