SEMAINE DU GOÛT 2026 : AUBERGE DES LAUBIES

From 12 to 18 October, the Cévennes Tourist Office at Mont Lozère is celebrating the rich culinary heritage of its region.

To mark the occasion, the Auberge des Laubies is taking part in LA SEMAINE DU GOÛT!

On Wednesday at lunchtime, come and enjoy a special menu created for the occasion, based on the theme: ‘At our grandmothers’ table’!

– Starter: 3 local charcuterie selections with salad and onion crêpes
– Main course: Sautéed veal with Lozère potatoes cooked grandmother’s way
– Cheese
– Coupétade (the famous one!), vanilla ice cream and fresh blueberries
