RESTAURANT OF THE AYRES CASTLE

The Château d'Ayres restaurant offers gourmet cuisine that showcases local produce. Reinterpreted and original, it will allow you to discover or rediscover a multitude of subtle flavors and aromas. You can enjoy specialties such as: semi-cooked foie gras with chutney and Muscat sauce, rack of lamb with chestnut purée, red berry gratin with raspberry coulis… With a capacity of 80 covers, the restaurant has three dining rooms in the medieval part of the castle. The main room opens onto the terrace and the park. The two other rooms are adjoining and open onto a terrace at the rear of the castle.
