In the land of springs, follow the Altier River upstream and down the Lot to reach Mende, a designated "Land of Art and History," in the heart of the Lozère. And for some fun and exercise, why not stop at the Mont Lozère resort, Mas de la Barque, or Vallon du Villaret?
