Description

PLEASE NOTE! THIS ROUTE IS CLOSED ON WEEKDAYS DUE TO FORESTRY WORK ONGOING UNTIL MID-DECEMBER 2026.
This route takes you south of Mende to the Causse de Mende plateau. There you will discover the abandoned village of La Chaumette, which was sold by its inhabitants to the State in 1905, as well as a beautiful panoramic view over the Valdonnez valley. You can also access the fitness trail and the Arboretum.
