On the high plateaus, your eyes will be filled with wonder, and your taste buds will be delighted too! In one of the traditional mountain huts (burons), savor a delicious aligot (a cheesy potato dish) before taking a nap at the foot of the Déroc waterfall. There, beneath the basalt columns, the Aubrac cows, with their distinctive eye markings, will gaze at you thoughtfully, or perhaps enviously if they see you heading towards the Chaldette thermal spa.
