Description

Enjoy a beautiful hike across the Causse plateau, high above La Canourgue—often called the "Little Venice of Lozère"—offering numerous viewpoints overlooking the Lot Valley. Pass through typical *caussenard* hamlets and discover heritage sites such as stone crosses, mysterious dolmens, and the renovated old farmhouse of La Roquette. The highlight of the hike? The Ressimplet spring, one of the few water sources on the Causse de Sauveterre.
