LE MOIS DU DOC – RIPOSTE FÉMINISTE

As part of Documentary Film Month, a screening of “Riposte Féministe” will take place at the Haut-Allier Media Centre.

Elise in Brest, Alexia in Saint-Étienne, Cécile in Compiègne and Jill in Marseille: there are thousands of young women speaking out against sexist violence, street harassment and the sexist remarks they face on a daily basis.
At night, armed with blank sheets of paper and black paint, they stick up messages of support for victims and slogans against feminicide.
Some have been feminists for a long time, others have never been activists before, but all are rebelling against this violence which has all too often turned their lives upside down.
Sexism is everywhere – and so are they!

A screening suitable for all ages, followed by a drinks reception.

In partnership with the Lozère Mélinée Departmental Media Library and Missak Manouchian.
