As part of Documentary Film Month, discover the film *Les Petits Mâles*. It is an educational documentary promoting equality and combating sexism, directed by Laurent Metterie and Camille Froidevaux-Metterie.
This feature-length film gives a voice to around thirty boys aged between 7 and 18 from across France. They speak out on key themes such as love, physical appearance, sexism, homosexuality and the impact of feminism on their self-identity. Their testimonies are interwoven with the stories of elderly women who reflect on the lives of ‘the men of yesteryear’.
The screening will be followed by a drinks reception, a communal meal and an afternoon of equality games organised by the ‘Femmes-Hommes 48’ collective (at 2.00 pm at the Ispagnac Media Centre).
