THE NEST OF DELIGHTS

Le Nid des Délices is a tea room/shop selling confectionery and other gourmet, artisanal products from the Lozère region, run by workers from the ESAT La Colagne and located in Chirac (48100, Bourgs-sur-Colagne). There you will find Lozère honeys, confectionery (Damasclum, nougat, almond brittle, etc.), jams, and eco-friendly firelighters made by disabled workers from the ESAT La Colagne, as well as artisanal flours and chocolates from Moulin de Colagne and Carré Passion (Douceurs d'Aubrac), respectively.
