Founded in December 2016, Alexandre and his team are committed to superior quality in all the products sold in their butcher shop. We are committed to the Aubrac Farm Beef Label Rouge quality standard to guarantee our customers top-quality meat, sourced from local farmers, as well as Aveyron veal, pork, Label Rouge poultry from Languedoc, and traditional Lozère charcuterie. All our meats are carefully selected with superior quality as our primary objective.
