RISSOAN CHEESE FACTORY

"Rissoan Dairy was founded in 1948 by the Rissoan family in Lozère. It collects cow's and sheep's milk from 25 producers in Lozère and Ardèche, along a 25 km stretch at an altitude of around 1000m. It produces and sells its entire range of pasteurized cheeses, butter, and UHT semi-skimmed milk in its shop. Located on the road to Nîmes, just 6 minutes from Langogne, our farm shop offers an immersive experience in the world of artisanal dairy farming. Here you can discover our signature products: matured cheeses, Tomme cheeses, mountain specialties… all made with milk from our local farmers. We welcome you to the shop from Monday to Sunday.
