Maison Paran: discover our local meat, artisanal charcuterie, and homemade prepared dishes. We select our animals from local farmers: Aubrac cattle, milk-fed veal, local lamb, and Cantal pork. Our homemade charcuterie: our sausage and country hams have received gold medals at the Lozère Gourmande trophies for several years, and our pure pork dry sausage was even selected for the international competition for the best sausage in the world in June 2018 in the Ardèche region.
