MARY'S DELIGHTS

Mary offers salads, tarts, pizzas, parsley snails, and Corsican charcuterie as starters. Main courses feature local products such as Aubrac beef and free-range chicken. For dessert, panna cotta and chestnut cake provide a delicately sweet ending to the meal. Everything is homemade. A wine cellar offers a selection of fine bottles, and a shop sells artisanal jams, two of which have received the Lozère Gourmande award: elderflower jelly and rhubarb jam with four spices. A vending machine, located next to the shop, offers meals 24/7.
