Farm producers. GAEC Le Lévejac is a family business; head directly to the farm to hear the producers explain how they make their own cheeses. From pressed Tomme to soft Tomme, there's something for everyone! A guided tour of the farm is available upon request, where you'll discover their expertise and meet the lovely Lacaune sheep. During your visit, "Gueguette," the farm's star sheep, will surely beg you to take a picture with her!
