It was in an old barn – once a carpenter’s workshop – behind his house that Alexis decided to set up his micro-distillery.

Born of patience and the local terroir, our distillery is the realisation of a long-cherished dream. Here, every recipe tells a story, a moment in life: the wild sweetness of the sloe picked in autumn, the robust character of a vodka infused with Aubrac tea. Exceptional spirits, crafted with care, for those who take the time to discover and savour them.

Each batch of spirit is crafted by hand, cask by cask: fruit picked at peak ripeness, slow fermentation, distillation over an open flame, and a long ageing process in oak or chestnut casks…
