CHIRAC SHARED BICYCLE

The Communauté de Communes du Gévaudan, recently awarded the Ecomobility 2022 label (ADEME), has chosen Bourgs-sur-Colagne as a testing ground for an active mobility solution, specifically a self-service electric bike (e-bike) rental system. Five bikes are available at the station located in Chirac. The principle is simple: bikes can be rented by scanning the QR code on site or by clicking the link on the website from home, and then retrieved from the stations using a code received upon reservation. The service is designed as a loop network, where bikes can be picked up and dropped off at any station. Maximum rental duration: 12 consecutive hours.
