The restaurant, located in the charming village of La Canourgue, has been a family business for three generations. The Millau Viaduct, the Aubrac plateau, and the Tarn Gorges are all within a half-hour drive. We serve: pouteille (a local specialty), Aubrac beef, trout, pike-perch, game, mushrooms, cheeses, and homemade pastries.
