THE LAKES RELAY
The restaurant is located at an altitude of 1343 meters, on the D52 (Route des Lacs), in a former coaching inn that once housed shepherds during their seasonal sheep migrations. It comprises two dining rooms, a bar, and a terrace. The set menu, available by reservation only, includes: cured ham, sausage, pork liver confit (pâté), aligot (all-you-can-eat), local cheeses, and fruit.
