In the heart of Saint Chély d'Apcher, Béatrice and Nicolas Bouquet welcome you to their establishment. Our motto, "A gesture, a smile, a thoughtful touch," is also our mission. In our dining rooms, you will savor our authentic, inventive, and traditional cuisine: among the must-try dishes are the local charcuterie platter, calf's head, pot-au-feu, mushroom omelets (porcini, chanterelles, or fairy ring mushrooms… depending on the season), and the traditional Lozère-style coupétade served for dessert. The establishment, one of the oldest businesses in the town, also offers a few comfortable guest rooms.
