The restaurant "L'Éphémère" welcomes you every day in an exceptional setting with panoramic views of the wild shores of the vast Naussac lake. With its exposed log beams and traditional fireplace, "L'Éphémère" offers a friendly and warm atmosphere. You can savor a variety of regional dishes. In the evening, enjoy the flickering candlelight, and at lunchtime, relax on the poolside terrace near the Naussac lake and Langogne. Homemade specialties include aligot/sausage (every Sunday evening), truffade, reblochonnade, and mussels and fries (every Wednesday evening). A selection of set menus and à la carte dishes is also available. The restaurant is open in July and August.
