Because our cuisine is 100% homemade, and to minimize waste, on the day of your visit, you can choose between two starters, two main courses (including a vegetarian option), and two desserts. If you've decided to extend your stay, please note that our menu changes daily! Not staying at the hotel? You can reserve a table (subject to availability) on the same day by visiting the Auberge or calling us. We recommend that all guests booking a room at the Auberge add half-board to guarantee a table for dinner.
