TARNON INN

Welcome to the Auberge du Tarnon. A river flows at the foot of the inn, through this diverse landscape, and has shaped it: the Tarnon. From its source in the beech forests on the granite slopes of Mont Aigoual, the Tarnon flows down to meet the Tarn at Florac, passing through the schistous Cévennes mountains and their chestnut groves on its right bank, and the foothills of the Causse Méjean, part of the Grands Causses region, with its limestone cliffs and flocks of sheep, on its left bank. These are all magnificent, wild, and unspoiled landscapes, with exceptional sites and panoramas, now listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites. We will be happy to guide you to these places and to the most interesting activities available.
