In the upper Lot Valley, 2 km from the Vallon du Villaret, our restaurant welcomes you every day of the week, for lunch and dinner until 8:30 pm. Some of our culinary specialties include: Chef's Cromesquis, sweetbreads in a morel cream sauce, poached trout with chive sauce, calf's head, stuffed cabbage, nougat glacé with red berry coulis… Every Friday evening, Aligot (a traditional French potato and cheese dish) is served.
