Ideally located, this restaurant is a must-stop before setting off to explore the Tarn Gorges on foot, by donkey (rentals available on site), or by car. In fine weather, you can enjoy the terrace overlooking the mountains surrounding the valley. And on autumn days, a cozy dining room awaits, where you can savor local dishes by the fireplace. We offer simple, traditional, and home-style cooking. Come and taste our regional products. A few examples of dishes we prepare include: Lozère charcuterie, Fleur d'Aubrac sirloin steak, pan-fried duck breast with Cévennes honey, and brown trout with lemon butter. We also offer equestrian facilities and horse feed.
