In the heart of the village of Sainte-Enimie, a traditional stone house has been renovated into a hotel-restaurant. Enjoy classic regional cuisine served by the fireplace or on the shaded terrace, depending on the season. Dishes include homemade terrines and pâtés, crayfish (in season), trout, leg of lamb from the Causses region, braised sweetbreads, sirloin steak with Roquefort cheese, chocolate charlotte, and crème anglaise. The restaurant welcomes groups of up to 90 guests (vintage car groups, hikers, coaches, motorcyclists, cyclists, etc.). It also offers 10 comfortable, fully renovated guest rooms.
