Located on the edge of the Cévennes ridge at an altitude of 600 meters, the terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Cévennes valleys stretching to Mont Lozère. Our traditional cuisine, served in a dining room with wooden floors and stone walls, invites you to discover our specialties: eggplant terrine with basil coulis, bisque flan with cardinal sauce, crayfish à l'armoricaine, guinea fowl with green peppercorn sauce, wild boar and game stew (in season), chicken ballotine with forest mushrooms, trout, duck confit, quail with chanterelles, Cévennes gratin with porcini mushrooms and herbs, Pélardon cheese, chestnut pavé, raspberry mousse with coulis, and crème caramel.
