BURON DE CAP COMBATTUT

Just 10 minutes from Nasbinals, take the D52 and continue 5 km past the Déroc waterfall for a delicious break in this cozy mountain hut (buron) in the heart of the Aubrac plateau. Maïté will welcome you to her establishment where local produce and slow-cooked dishes are prepared according to the seasons. Aubrac beef and veal raised on the family farm, traditional aligot (a cheesy potato dish), and homemade desserts will tempt you. Enjoy the outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of the Aubrac mountains. Group meals and private bookings are also available outside of peak season with prior reservation. Open every lunchtime from the beginning of April until November 11th; outside of this period, please contact us in advance.
