AT THE MERLET TABLE

The communal dinner we host every evening is joyful, convivial, and lively. We share a meal with our guests every night; the dishes come from our garden, our livestock, or from neighboring producers like ourselves who are members of the "Bienvenue à la ferme" network (goat, cow, and sheep cheeses; guinea fowl; veal; heifer); the wine comes from our friends, producers in the neighboring Gard department. Perrine and Nathalie await you in the kitchen to reveal, or share with you, all the secrets of our mothers' cooking and the cuisine of our beautiful regions.
