Seven years ago, Stéphanie and Guillaume embarked on a journey to revitalize the historic Mas del Miech farm.
Through extensive training and dedicated efforts, they've successfully restored the chestnut grove, planting exclusively ancient, local varieties.
Our small fruits, such as raspberries, blueberries, and cherries, are harvested at their peak and transformed into delicious jams and syrups.
All our vegetables are grown on-site using organic methods, from seed to plate
