The chestnut tree has permeated the landscapes, the history of the Cévennes and still supports many inhabitants today.

A small plot allows us a sufficient harvest of chestnuts that we decline in the form of jams, purees, natural chestnuts or with cognac and traditional badjane that we can grind to make flour.

We also produce apple and grape juice as well as various jams depending on the harvest.

Certified by ecocert, our products come from organic farming.
