We offer our meats and our delicatessen specialties, poultry and sheep. Pigs, sheep and guinea fowl ... are raised on the farm and processed into charcuterie and other specialties by us. Poultry and sheep are raised exclusively with cereals and fodder produced on the farm. In the summer, our sheep graze in the vast expanses of Causse Méjean. We also raise beef (limousine), selling meat boxes of 9 to 10 kg, by reservation. Here is a sample of our products: salami, dry sausage, caussenard pâté with juniper berries, caussenard pâté with porcini mushrooms, guinea fowl pâté, caussenarde marinade (mutton specialty) etc ... Pork, sheep and poultry products are marketed on the farm, but also on the markets of the region and in shop of local products.
