LES HERBES DE MARGERIDE

Sample Claude and Valérie’s honey and specialities made of local plants in the village of Chams. You can even spend a half-day or full day walking in the Margeride countryside among valleys and forests with them.
Produce: Mountain honey, syrups and jellies made of flowers and aromatic plants, sachets of dried plants.
Where to buy: On the farm, on the market (Sunday morning in Grandrieu, Wednesday morning in July and August in Châteauneuf de Randon) by mail order.
Farm visit: Please book for groups of more than ten people. Open days: one in July and one in August.
