GAEC DU MONT LOZERE

Marie and Olivier are breeders of Limousine cattle and open-air pigs on Mont Lozère at 1300m altitude. Their animals are fed hay and cereals during the winter and graze on natural meadows during the summer. The pigs are raised outdoors and are fed cereals and potatoes.

They process their products in an approved workshop. They make their charcuterie according to family recipes handed down from generation to generation ( nitric and dye free).
They sell their products (meat and charcuterie) directly in a producer’s shop, or during delivery on Florac, Alès and Nîmes.
