Our yoghurts are made from ewe’s milk on our farm and meet organic specifications.
We sell four types of yoghurt.
We paid particular attention to choosing the organic flavours required for manufacture when developing our recipes.
Our flock of ewes not only produce milk but also lambs that we sell in packs of 5 or 10kg and as slow cooked dishes in small glasses (stew etc.)

These are the best animals for direct selling.
The choice depends on conformation.
The meat is tender and tasty because they are young animals.
