DUO LOZERE- SARL FROMAGERS DE LOZÈRE

Coopérative DUOLOZERE manufactures and sells stirred yoghurts called Yaourts Brassés DUOLOZERE.

Yaourts Brassés DUOLOZERE yoghurts are made from mountain milk produced by cows grazing on Lozère pastures. The yoghurts are creamy, fresh and melt in the mouth.

The milk comes from pastures in the north of Lozère, in Margeride, at an average altitude of 1000 metres. We use breeds famous for their milk such as Montbéliarde, Simmental, Holstein and Brown Swiss cattle. The type of herd is important as each dairy cattle breed adds its own features to the milk.
