This site is ideal for stargazing. Free from light pollution, it is perfectly situated within the Cévennes International Dark Sky Reserve.

Near the holiday village (follow the signs), along the Stevenson Trail, you’ll find a viewing platform designed for stargazing. There, you’ll find a “night bath” area for those who wish to lie down and admire the night sky, a platform for setting up observation equipment, an ecliptic line for tracking the planets, and a star chart for identifying constellations.

Access by car via Saint-Germain-de-Calberte. Park in the holiday village car park and follow the signs to the viewing platform.

Respect the local biodiversity by staying on the paths, using your red headlamp, and remaining silent.

This site is not a bivouac area. Fires are prohibited.
