At the summit of Plan de Fontmort, where the landscape opens onto the Cévennes valleys, picnic tables are set up for you to enjoy a short break. The nearby obelisk was erected in 1887 to commemorate the martyrs of the Camisard War. The spot is also the starting point for a 7 km hike offering a unique perspective on the Cévennes valleys.
