CHAM DES BONDONS
The Cham des Bondons is an extraordinary site. Its two mounds, menhirs, and paths, creating striking vistas, make it one of the department's landmark sites and a favorite playground for any good photographer in Lozère. It's possible to climb one of the two mounds; the first offers a panoramic view of the Cévennes mountains and the Tarn gorges, where seas of morning clouds are common.

Location details
It's possible to park on the side of the road, then take the path. At the GPS point, the barn is 100 meters ahead on your right. Continue along the same path for approximately 80 meters to reach the point where the trail splits in two, with the Bondons mounds in the background. Between these two paths stands a solitary tree, worth photographing from different angles.
