BALUDIK: THE LEGEND OF SAINT ENIMIA

The legend of Saint Enimie has endured through the centuries. Benedictine monks contributed to the image of the beautiful Merovingian princess in the work composed in the 12th century by the troubadour Bertran de Marcilha. In 2012, cartoonists participating in the Sainte-Enimie comics festival depicted the princess emerging from the miraculous spring… such are the ways of legends in the human imagination! Moreover… Enimie's lineage with King Clotaire remains unproven to this day!
