Explore this vast high plateau, located between Truyère Valley in the north and the south of the Lot. Earth nature and traditions, Aubrac unfolds over the narrow roads, somewhat sinuous, sometimes players but always conducive to wonder. Roads in the vicinity of which it is not unusual to see a few hikers on the trail of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle.
