THE TARABELLE

Nestled on the slopes of a volcano, our charming house offers you a warm welcome. It was built using materials sourced from the surrounding nature, respecting local architecture and the environment. At the heart of our farm, within a 30-hectare park in the Aubrac Regional Natural Park, you can watch our animals roam peacefully; raising Aubrac cattle is our main activity. We offer a set menu (table d'hôtes) by reservation for a minimum of 6 people (or gourmet baskets) featuring charcuterie, poultry, beef, homemade jams and pastries, and vegetables and fruit from our garden. As these are grown on our own land, the menus change with the seasons.
