THE ROSE BARN

In the heart of the Lot Valley, Sainte-Hélène is a haven of tranquility where you can recharge. This restored farmhouse comprises two adjoining cottages that blend tradition and modernity. The "La Grange aux roses" cottage includes: a living room (stone fireplace with wood-burning stove, television, Wi-Fi, and corner sofa), a fully equipped oak kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and induction hob), a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities), a bedroom (desk and a queen-size bed), a bedroom (double bed), a shower room (walk-in shower with toilet), and a separate toilet. Heating is provided by wood and electricity. Bed linen is included (except for a cot). There is a covered terrace with garden furniture, a courtyard with a stone barbecue, a garden, and parking.
