THE POUSTADOU

This rural gîte, converted in 2005 from my grandparents' former barn, is located in the courtyard of the farmhouse. Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a small porch. Inside, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette including a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, blender, etc. There is also a lounge area with a sofa, television, and Wi-Fi. A bathroom with a shower cubicle, sink, washing machine, hairdryer, and a separate WC is also located on this floor. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a cot, and another bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has a television. The gîte is situated on the Sauveterre plateau, between the Lot Valley and the Tarn Gorges, 20 minutes from the Aubrac region, in a village of 30 inhabitants with two farms (one raising dairy sheep and the other beef cattle). 10 minutes from La Canourgue with all shops and its market on Tuesdays.
