This unique cottage captivates with its character and multi-level layout, offering everyone space and privacy. Accessible via a small balcony, the first floor opens onto a convivial living room with a wood-burning stove. You will also find a functional kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the upper floor, a mezzanine with a television provides a pleasant relaxation area, complemented by a bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm). On the garden level, accessible from both inside the cottage and via a separate entrance, a third bedroom offers two single beds (80x200cm), with its own shower room and toilet.
