In the heart of the Causse Méjean, a vast limestone plateau, Stéphanie and Nicolas welcome you to L'Ange Gardien. Their two guest rooms are located in the small Causse hamlet of Nivoliers. Nivoliers is a little corner of the world, a true haven of peace for nature lovers, hikers, family outings, and mountain bikers, close to the Gorges de la Jonte and the Gorges du Tarn, as well as many other exceptional sites. Since 2011, the Causses and Cévennes have been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site as a cultural landscape of Mediterranean agro-pastoralism. This recognition acknowledges the value of an exceptional site whose landscapes have been shaped by human hands for millennia. In 2018, the International Dark-Sky (IDA) awarded the Cévennes National Park the prestigious International Dark Sky Reserve (IDSR) designation. It became the largest IDSR in Europe.
